1. Download the Orient BlackSwan Smart App from the Google Play Store
2. Use the "Forgot Password" link and enter the email address you used in the Orient BlackSwan App.
3. Reset the password by following the link on your email
4. Come back to the Orient BlackSwan Smart App and login using the same email address and your new password.
All your content will be visible within the Orient BlackSwan Smart App!
Do you use the same email address in both the Orient BlackSwan Smart App and the Orient BlackSwan App?
1. Sign in to the Orient BlackSwan Smart App
2. Click on the link below the "My Books" section on the home screen that says "Not seeing your books from the Orient BlackSwan app?"
3. Type the email address you used in the Orient BlackSwan app
4. Check the inbox (or junk/spam folder) of the email you used on the Orient BlackSwan app for a verification link and verify your account.
All your content will now be migrated from the Orient BlackSwan app and will be visible within the Orient BlackSwan Smart App shortly after!
Did you create your Smart App account on or before 30th September 2020?
Good news! There is absolutely nothing that you need to do.
All your content from the Orient BlackSwan App should be visible on your Orient BlackSwan Smart App account!
